2. Acceptance

By making a purchase at Kass Royale, you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Returns Policy.

3. Prices

All prices include VAT. The price charged is the one active at the time of order confirmation.

4. Stock

In case of stockout after payment, Kass Royale will contact the customer and offer a refund alternative.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 84/2021, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
