What are the pieces made of?

Each KASS ROYALE piece is made of surgical stainless steel with 18K gold plating. We chose this material for a reason: unlike solid gold, it does not tarnish, stain the skin, and is water-resistant — it's made for real, everyday wear.

Do the pieces tarnish or lose color?

No. Stainless steel does not oxidize, and the plating is resistant to daily wear. For maximum durability, avoid applying perfume or chemical products directly on the piece.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Can I wear them in the shower, sea, or pool?

Yes. The pieces are water-resistant — designed to stay on your wrist and neck.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch within 24–48h. Delivery in 2–5 business days in Portugal and 4–8 days in Europe, with tracking included.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, for Portugal and all of Europe, with no minimum value.

What if the piece isn't what I expected?

You have 180 days to return it for a refund. The risk is ours — the piece is yours to try.

How do I choose the right size?

Is the packaging suitable for a gift?

Yes. All orders are sent in gift packaging, free of charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
